Namaste Indian Bistro – Authentic Indian & Indo-Chinese Cuisine in Collingswood, NJ

My wife and I moved into the area last year and we were sad that there wasn’t an Indian restaurant in town. We were so excited to hear that Namaste was opening. They did not disappoint! Food was excellent and the service was great! They have tons of Vegan options too. Their menu is expansive with lots of different options. We loved the vegetarian Nepali mo-mo’s and the samosa chat was excellent. We also had the Baingan Bharta which was so delicious with the tandoori roti. We will definitely be back again soon!

Namaste is a wonderful addition to Collingswood! The menu is extensive and will surely have something for everyone. They also have an impressive amount of vegetarian and vegan dishes both appetizers and main course! I had the aloo tikki which paired well with sweet chutney. The patties had a slight crunch and were made fresh and piping hot. I also had the Chicken and Egg Hakka Noodles and they were perfectly seasoned al dente noodles and had just the right amount of heat. I only stopped eating because my stomach ran out of space. Besides the delicious food, the service was also top notch. Saurav was our server and he was attentive and had excellent positive energy! Will be coming soon! Namaste? Nah… IMMA STAY!

So very excited to have an Indian restaurant back in Collingswood and the restaurant did not disappoint. The food was wonderful and there is a large selection of items. For this visit had the aloo paprika chaat (not pictured, was too excited and ate it right away),dal makhani, and the tandoori mixed grill. I can't wait to get back and try more

We had the Saag Paneer and the Butter Chicken with Garlic naan and it was delicious! The spice and the flavor were exactly what you’d expect from a 5 star place like this. The portions were perfect as well. Can’t wait to come back with my family and have them try! Update: Came back with my family and they had the Chicken Tikka and we tried the cauliflower Manchurian, excellent all around again!

Really high quality, delicious Indian food in a classy setting. The chana masala was perfect with a complex depth of flavor and spices. My partner loved the egg and chicken hakka noodles. I love the variety of vegan options and can't wait to come back to try more vegan dishes. Plus having Indo-Chinese makes them unique from all the other local restaurants. The service was excellent, too. Our waiter Saurav was so welcoming and made sure everything about our meal was perfect. We're so glad to have such a good restaurant in town and can't wait to go back!

I tried Namaste for the first time as takeout. I loved every dish. I ordered vegetarian: Matar Paneer, yellow dal, Aloo Matar, and Bindhi Masala. Everything was so fresh and flavorful. I requested a few of the dishes as "spicy" and they did not disappoint! I love it spicy and these hit all the right notes. Service was prompt, everything was packed well for travel, and they even threw in some Kheer as a bonus which was delicious and cooling. The naan was also great. I am so glad they moved into the former Indiya space and I am looking forward to more of Namaste's cuisine. Give them a try - you will not be disappointed.

A must visit restaurant if you're in the area. The food and service was excellent. My family and I enjoyed everything, especially their orange kulfi recommended by the owner. We've never had a dessert like that before and we were very pleased with it. Their naan were super soft as well and loved their onion chutney. The owner is very friendly and made sure everything came out great. He also noticed how much we enjoyed the chutney and packed it for home. We went in without much expectation since we were in the area for shopping but now we will be visiting more. I highly recommend trying this place out.
